My day to day role includes assessing financial needs for my clients, assessing discharges, increased and new lending.

Compliance of our portfolio is key to healthy banking and it is my responsibility to ensure that limits have no expired, early warning signs have been addressed and monitoring potentially defective client. In my role as a Private Banker, I have a Delegated Credit Authority to responsibility decision my client's financial and security assessment.

Whilst being a Small Business Banker and a Private Banker, I have taken particular interest in small business clients and self employed clients. Small business'in Australia has become a large part of our economy and it is important to identify business opportunities. It is rewarding to assist small and emerging businesses as well as to develop great business lending credit skills and getting to personally deal with and support the business and their owners to move forward. Watching businesses I manage grow larger year on year is my top priority.
